If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll review your message and, if necessary, issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.
Please note that our guarantee does not cover challenges outside our control, such as:
- inadequate or excess moisture
- pest or critter damage
- frost exposure
- nutrient deficiencies or improper storage

Keep in a cool, dry place (40–50°F), away from moisture and freezing temps. Do not pot up until your soil and air temps are suitable.
