At Ribier Gardens, we take great pride in the health and quality of every tuber we ship. Each one is hand-inspected and guaranteed to have at least one visible eye and be ready to grow when planted under proper conditions.
If your order arrives and you have any concerns about the quality of your tuber, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a brief description of the issue. We’ll happily review your situation and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Our guarantee covers:

Tubers that arrive damaged or non-viable upon delivery.

Incorrect or missing varieties in your shipment.
Our guarantee does not cover:

Losses due to improper storage, over- or under-watering, rot, frost, pests, disease, or other environmental factors beyond our control.
Because our tubers are a living product, all sales are final once shipped.
