Welcome to Ribier Gardens. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms:

1. Product Availability
   Dahlia tubers are a living product, subject to weather, field conditions, and natural variation. In the rare case a variety becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to issue a refund or substitute with a comparable variety of equal value.

2. Payment & Orders
   Full payment is required at checkout. All sales are final once processed, and orders cannot be cancelled or modified after purchase.

3. Guarantee & Liability
   We guarantee healthy, viable tubers upon arrival. Beyond delivery, we cannot guarantee performance, as success depends on many growing conditions outside our control.

4. Intellectual Property
   All photographs, text, and design elements on this site are the property of Ribier Gardens and may not be used without written permission.

5. Use of Site
   By using our website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to infringe upon the rights of others.
