KA’s® Mocha Katie Dahlia

KA’s® Mocha Katie has some of the most singular coloring in the garden. Muted terracotta-rose and warm, muddy wine red shift across the bloom, while a deeper wine-colored line traces the edge of each petal. The effect is intricate and almost illustrated—rich, unusual, and unlike any other variety we grow.

Why We Grow It: The coloring alone earns KA’s® Mocha Katie a place in our garden. We love the warm, muddy wine-red tones and the way each petal is precisely lined in a deeper shade, giving the bloom extraordinary definition. There truly is no other variety quite like it.

Growing Tips: For detailed planting, staking, watering, and overwintering advice, visit our How to Grow Dahlias guide.

About the KA’s® Collection: We are proud to offer select varieties from the Santa Cruz Dahlias® breeding program, created by hybridizer Kristine Albrecht and field-grown here at Ribier Gardens.

Every purchase of a KA’s® variety supports Santa Cruz Dahlias’ ongoing hybridization work.
