Bloomquist Compare Dahlia

Bloomquist Compare is a romantic formal decorative dahlia in the softest shades of blush and lilac. The full, beautifully arranged blooms open with creamy blush outer petals surrounding a deeper lavender-pink center, creating a subtle ombré effect that becomes more pronounced as the flower develops.

At 4–6 inches, the blooms are substantial without becoming oversized, and their softly pointed petals give them a refined, almost star-like quality. Long, strong stems and a muted pastel palette make Bloomquist Compare especially beautiful for cutting, wedding work, and arrangements in blush, cream, lavender, and soft pink.

Growing Tips: Bloomquist Compare has one of the most romantic color combinations in the garden. We love the way the creamy blush outer petals give way to lilac and lavender toward the center, creating a bloom that seems to change depending on the light. Its soft coloring is beautiful on its own, but we especially love it alongside cream, blush, dusty pink, and other muted tones. When do tubers ship?

We ship late winter through spring when temperatures are safe for transit. Preorders are reserved and ship in order received.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we cannot offer international shipping at this time.

What is your guarantee?

We guarantee a healthy tuber with a viable eye. If there’s a concern, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can help. Our guarantee does not cover inadequate or excess moisture, critter or insect damage, frost damage, nutrient issues, or other growing conditions beyond our control.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

All sales are final and cannot be cancelled or modified.

Do you combine shipping?

We combine multiple orders to the same recipient name and refund extra shipping on orders placed through March 29.

How should I store tubers before planting?

Keep in a cool, dry place (40–50°F), away from moisture and freezing temps. Do not pot up until your soil and air temps are suitable.

Are you an authorized reseller for KA’S® varieties?
