20th Ave Tradition Dahlia

20th Ave Tradition is a beautifully formed miniature ball dahlia with nearly perfect, three-inch rounded blooms. The flowers open a clean, creamy white, with the faintest wash of lilac blush appearing toward the center of some blooms.

There is something wonderfully romantic about the subtle variation in its coloring. Against the orderly geometry of the ball form, those delicate touches of lilac and blush have an almost painterly quality—as though they were brushed onto the petals. The effect reminds us of an impressionist painting.

Why We Grow It: 20th Ave Tradition has been growing in our field for years, even though this is our first season offering it for sale. We keep growing it for its romance—the perfectly round white blooms touched with just enough lilac blush to make each flower interesting. There is something almost impressionistic about the color, and it is one of those dahlias that becomes more beautiful the closer you look.

When do tubers ship?

We ship late winter through spring when temperatures are safe for transit. Preorders are reserved and ship in order received.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we cannot offer international shipping at this time.

What is your guarantee?

We guarantee a healthy tuber with a viable eye. If there’s a concern, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can help. Our guarantee does not cover inadequate or excess moisture, critter or insect damage, frost damage, nutrient issues, or other growing conditions beyond our control.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

All sales are final and cannot be cancelled or modified.

Do you combine shipping?

We combine multiple orders to the same recipient name and refund extra shipping on orders placed through March 29.

How should I store tubers before planting?

Keep in a cool, dry place (40–50°F), away from moisture and freezing temps. Do not pot up until your soil and air temps are suitable.

Are you an authorized reseller for KA’S® varieties?
